Development Services: Build-To-Suit and Lease Back: Our primary service has been providing clients with “turn-key” custom build-to-suit buildings and leased space. We also have an inventory of space which is available quickly in some of our existing buildings and is “on the market” for lease or sale. Additionally, we develop raw land into office, retail, and industrial sites. Wiesman Development also seeks opportunities in the form of available land or under-performing assets in need of redevelopment as office, retail, or industrial property. Wiesman Development can enhance the performance of existing commercial property, and excels in creating new office, retail, industrial and land development.
